After listening from almost everyone about the Non-veg delicacy of old delhi. I couldn’t control my self and I made a plan with my friends to go there, We arrived at the nearest metro station, which is Jama Masjid. With the help of google maps and asking the locals, finally we entered a street. Where the aroma of spices and foods are coming from every corner. After few steps, we saw the four storey building in which, “Aslam Chicken” was written in Bold letters.
We headed to the place, at the entry, the marinated chickens are roasting in the burning coal, then went to the first floor and make ourselves seated, almost every floor was crowded. After waiting for 10-15 min, a guy coming towards us with a bowl of chicken and rumali rotis. Haven’t seen this much of butter in any food till now, the roasted chicken was smokey, lil hard and obviously too buttery but it was finger licking. After completing the meal, which doesn’t fully end up our hunger. We are in a mood of trying something else.
